Biographical Profile:

Shakir Ahmed Saleh Al Saleh, PhD., He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at School of Public Health and Health Informatics since March 2008 to date. He worked as Associate Executive Director of Postgraduate Education & Academic Affairs from September 2007 until Mar 2010. He also held the positions of Director, Saudi National Guard Office, Washington, D.C. USA from Jan. 2002- Jul. 2007; Manager, Financial Affairs Department, Sept. 1998 – Jan. 2002; Bookkeeper, Financial Affairs Dept., Jun. 1989 – Sept. 1998.

Dr. Al-Saleh has been chosen to many committees, either as Chairman, coordinator or a member. He is a member of many well recognized associations, including American College for Healthcare Executives (since 2009), American Management Association (since 2009), and Saudi Management Association (since 2010). Dr. Alsaleh has accomplished many projects. These projects include the upgrade of conference rooms in all regions (75 Halls), implement the digital signage program in KAMC, Facilitate the creation of Academic Affairs Handbook, and facilitate the Handbook of College of Public Health and Health Informatics.
